Order Process: Purchases over $500
There are three steps to our order process:

1. Place Your Order

You can place your order online or by phone at 888-603-7101. We will then type up an invoice/contract and send you the invoice and other information in PDF form to your email.


2. PayPal

Input your credit or debit card information into PayPal, and click submit! PayPal will let you know if there are any problems with your payment. You will get an e-invoice to your e-mail from PayPal.  

3. Sign and Return Your Invoice 

You will receive a contract in your e-mail. Review the contract and make sure all the information is accurate, and correct any errors. Return the signed copy of your contract. This is so that you can see a breakdown of your purchase and understand our warranty. You can return the contract either by fax 719-471-7281 or by e-mail info@toyotatruckengine.com. If you placed your order online, please keep an eye on your e-mail for this invoice (sent as a PDF attachment).

Methods of Payment

PayPal

PayPal is a free online service where we send you an electronic invoice and you input your credit card information for payment. For all large purchases over $500, we will send you an e-invoice even if you choose to manually input the credit card information to our site. If you have problems or concerns about using PayPal, please let us know and we will figure out another way for payment.


Order Process: Purchases under $500

When we receive an order that has a total below $500, we will process it immediately. Please make sure the number you provide us is a good contact number just in case we have any questions about your order.

 

Our Engine Warranty

The standard warranty for all new and remanufactured engines is 3 years with unlimited mileage. It is a parts warranty. For $500 additional, the warranty can be upgraded to 5 years with unlimited mileage. A labor warranty can also be purchased at the time of sale for 30% of whatever coverage you would like. For example: $300 would buy $1000 in labor coverage and $600 would buy $2000 in labor coverage. Please contact us if you have any questions about our warranty!


The Warranty Process

If you have a warranty issue call us immediately. You will need your invoice number or at least the first and last name the order was originally placed under. We want to make the warranty process as easy as possible - we understand that an engine is a huge expense. The best way to ensure that you do not have a warranty issue is to follow the strict break-in instructions:

  • For the first 500 miles, use the oil that is recommended in the paper work in the gasket box.
  • At 500 miles, change the oil & filter and switch to Castrol GTX 5w30.
  • Change oil again at every 3,000 miles thereafter
  • No towing for first 12,000 miles.
  • Try to fluctuate speeds and RPMs constantly for first 1,000 miles.
  • Fan clutches: We have learned from experience that fan clutches tend to wear out and cause overheating issues. The new engine will demand more cooling power than your old engine. Fan clutches are relatively cheap at Auto Zone, averaging around $40 - $55. We strongly recommend replacing your fan clutch.



If you do find yourself with a warranty issue, please contact us before sending anything out to be machined or replaced. We know these engines inside and out and often times what seems to be a huge problem can be cured with a simple and easy repair. All warranties are different! We want to make the process as easy as possible for you so that you have to spend less time waiting at the repair shop and more time on the road! There are two circumstances in which your warranty may be voided:

  • the engine was overheated
  • the engine was starved of oil

Damaged Goods

You must check your packages for damage upon delivery and note it to the driver. If you sign for an item that has been damaged and you do not note it to the driver then we cannot file a damage claim for you. If you receive a damaged item call us immediately and do not sign for it!!

Damaged and delayed shipments are a unfortunate part of life. Protect yourself by checking your shipped merchandise upon delivery.
