Toyota 3vve 3.0 engine
I just want to take the time to let you know how pleased I am with Engine Monster. I was a little hesitant about the shipping, and return core. I am very pleased with your work and have followed all your instructions. Thanks again, Robert PS- I am assuming you have received the core and tried to do the best I could to ship it back but it did not look quite a nice as how you sent it. Take care

Very Happy
Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the 3VZE long block we purchased. 6500 miles with out a hickup. We just got home from a 3000 mile vacation and all i did was drive. Never touched a wrench or a screw driver. Thanks to you for your attention to detail! Good job! ;)

Waiting for install and testing
I am unable to rate the product as I ordered it on Oct 27 and received it Nov 6 and it went for install on Nov 10. Ordering was easy as the office personnel were helpful and knowledgeable and ordering was done in a matter of minutes.

Operating Beautifully
Engine is installed and operating beautifully , date of first use Sept 24 2014, with a odometer of 297253. need to find out what I need to do to return this used engine to you and get my core charge back. Please send info when I first opened the package I could not find the knock sensor wire , I later found this after you had sent a replacement , I will be returning this to you, you did not charge me for it so I dont need a refund on it. please instruct me on how you want that returned as well. Do you have any recommendation on when I should have the valves adjusted?

Got Exactly what we ordered, just a little slowly
This is my first attempt at a full engine rebuild, so I wasn't exactly sure of everything. My son and I made a couple of calls to the APR/Engine Monster folks got our questions answered and were pretty confident that we had the right engine and planned all the necessary other parts, etc. The product came just as expected with even more gaskets/seals than I expected (great!). The rebuild went just fine with the usual hiccups unrelated to the long block (we had no issues there). We have put over 1,000 miles on the truck with the new engine and have followed APR's lubrication guidance (that Rotella 15W-40 is sludge!) and everything is holding up like a champ, mpg is improving as we drive it more and it runs very good! The only complaint was that it took almost 3 weeks for the engine to ship after our order when they originally forecast shipping in 3-5 business days. Sounds like the back office could use a better forecasting model for their backlog. All communications other than the shipping delay (I understand they rebuild upon order) were excellent.
